Guitar Center has the TC Electronic Skysurfer Reverb Effect Pedal on sale for $39.99 ($20 off). It's on backorder but expected to ship 01-25-2020
> Now 02-04-2020 ; no charge until it ships. Shipping is Free.
Musician's Friend will price match it if you prefer to purchase it from them (confirmed through chat).
This is the same price that this pedal typically costs on the used market, including at Guitar Center in pre-owned condition.
JHS reviewed it on their "$50 Pedals That Don't Suck" video:

So for those that are saying that they haven't had issues with the tone print type of pedals from TC... These aren't the same.

If your amp doesn't have any reverb and you want to play with reverb, then yes
I've never had an issue with TC pedals. In fact my experience with them has been outstanding

It adds reverb to your sound, making it fuller, regardless of what amp you use it with. Many amps have reverb built in, but if yours doesn't, you may benefit from such a pedal.

Ahhh, noted. Hadn't known that previously. A bit disappointing to hear but I appreciate the tip. Cheers.

Ah yes, I see that now. And in 2015, no less. I've purchased TC pedals since then (the pipeline tremolo wasn't even launched until June 2017 and it's pretty amazing) and they've all been fantastic. Not one issue yet
