I bought this when they were on sale before Thanksgiving.
Pro:Excellent ice retention (4-5 days).
Durable top handle.
Stacks.
Con:Awkward to carry (will beat your leg up when it's heavy).
I do not trust the side handles at all (too many examples of them snapping off on even smaller, lightweight boxes. You put a lot of strain on a few small contact points).
The yellow points on the bottom of the box (4 x 90degree corners) break off very easily.
Nice cooler but two things. 1) It will leak so if you tilt with lots of water. The water leak is not gushing out by no means. 2) No drain. I got sick of having to tilt to get water out with leaving contents in the unit.
Other than those two things... I really liked it. Wound up finding the $40 rotomolded cooler on clearance at home depot. Based on measurements I took... there was very little difference with inside measurements so other than losing the tough system box features, I gained a drain on the new cooler. That reminds me of another thing... the DeWalt TS cooler has no rubber feet on the bottom and yes if it did then it would lose it's the ability to lock into another box. With no rubber feet, it would tend to slide around in a back of a truck OR perhaps your boat. That's not a deal-breaker but something else to think about.
