From experience, what is the condition of these refurbs?
I recently bought a 9380 and a couple things drive me nuts about it - the touchscreen on my old one was fine. On the new one, it jumps all over the place. When I scroll a webpage, it often jutters. And it drives me nuts that there is no standard USB ports, only USB-C. Which means I can't hook up any peripherals like a mouse or USB stick. I can't even charge my cell phone or headphones on it. Super annoying. So many new laptops have both USB ports. I believe the 9370 has these same issues.
