Just so people know, these are Samsung C die not B die. C die does not really overclock all that well. You shouldn't have an issue reaching the XMP profile of 3200 on these with Intel or Ryzen 3rd gen, however, getting anywhere beyond that will be unlikely given that these are already stated to run at 1.35v at 3200. With ryzen second gen, expect 2933 in general. 1st gen ryzen, honestly, just hope you get more than 2666 out of it.

In for one..wouldn't mind going in on 64GB total. CL16 and Samsung ICs should make this no brainer. This company apparently makes RAM for G.Skill and others too.

I bought 4 sticks to try and get 64gb for my asrock b350 with ryzen 1700 cpu. It sees all 4 sticks but only 32gb available. There are all kinds of issues with earlier motherboards and early ryzen cpus when filling 4 slots with ram and all kinds of finickiness to the timings and brands in general. I got this somewhat cryptic email from Oloy support when asking about if I could use 4 sticks in my build:

Dear ----:

1. Yes, seems you must have to Ryzen 3rd. or you can check the spec for Ryzen 2 generation.
2. I only know Ryzen 2 has 70% can run as 3000 MHz, due to its design only for 2666 MHz. and if you want to try 4 sticks must buy our 4*16Gb one. they are really tested on 4-channels.

i spent the last 10 min on reddit, it seems most people are having no problems running xmp on this ram. also a couple reports of it having samsung c chips

Placed an order if any problem is going right back since it does have a 30day return for refund. Dont even need 32gb but just thinking it does have samsung would be nice to oc on a ryzen 3600.

running memory at XMP is dependent on the CPU, not anything else. there are a ton of first gen ryzen CPUs out there that will NOT run these at XMP.

I got a set in my 6600k setup. Bought last week for 109. They are Samsung die and did 3200 no problem out of the box with xmp.
