Just bought in newegg a week ago for the same price, everything looks good except the bright light, It's really annoying and huge glow like a fish aquarium, might return it

Just curious if anyone else had any experience with these. I've gone through a lot of humidifiers over the years; ultrasonic / cool mist ones being the most problematic in breaking.

I've been using hot steam ones preferably due to their simplistic design and cheap price (usually under 10 bucks everyday) and they never fail or break on me. Only issue with them is that you have to constantly de-calcify the heating element every 3 or so days of use.

Don't know why, most light on humidifier doesn't have an independent switch
