These things are extremely sturdy. When they were $5, got 2 of them. Stack em up and tuck them in next to the toilet when you don't need them. When you are feeling a lil constipation or your bowel movement is lagging, place one on each side of the front of the toilet at a distance that feels comfortable for your legs to squat. More versatile than Squatty Potty IMO which can be uncomfortable for some body types and is significantly cheaper.

I use my kids stool all the time like you'd use this Squatty Potty. I almost prefer this - I'm always looking for the stool.

This is not the same as a squatty potty.
