Would these be able to hold up on a long term hiking trip?
My SIL really likes his. They hold up well too. He does warranty work for an HVAC company. They keep his feet warm during the cold weather. Not sure about hiking but for the price I'd try them out.

I assume these are a wool blend, but don't see % anywhere. Others of this brand list only 35-45% wool
Only? High percentage wool socks are not practical. Without synthetics, pure wool socks would absorb moisture, lose their shape, and offer very little durability.
Wool has a lot of great qualities, bot those can be achieved in clothing articles like socks at a fairly low percentage blend. For something that you're expecting to last for a long time, I wouldn't want anything much higher than, say, 65-70%. Anything higher than that and you're talking durability no higher than the average cotton sock. 35-45% is not bad, and is on par with some of the best pairs of socks I've had (not saying these in particular would be as good).
FYI, I'm a outdoor enthusiast and hiker, and I own almost nothing but wool socks of many different manufacturers and blends.

Costco has 72% wool for ~$3.20 each. Sam's has some with less wool that aren't as great of a deal.
Costco's are great. Even if I walk thru (cold) water they keep my feet warm when soaked.
