I have owned this for a week and some info to save people time.
The machine will run with 2x 32gb ram sticks for a total of 64gb of ram. I pulled the original 1tb m.2 ssd for a 2 matching samsung nvme 512gb drives. If you remove the 2.5" hard drive cage you can put in a bigger 62whr battery that eluktronics sells. I opted to use my maxoak powerbank instead which is about the same price as the extended battery but gives me a good 10+ hours of use on the go. The laptop is very close to a standard 15.6" laptop frame size so it fits in my timbuk2 backpack that isn't meant for 17" laptops.

The case itself is a metal lid and plastic body. The body is a very strong plastic as it has the same or less flex as my thinkpad P50. For what you get the machine can't be beat.

Unfortunately that series by Dell is absolutely choked by terrible thermals. Personally having tested the 1660ti version not even a repaste can get the CPU under 96 c under load.

Wouldn't be nearly enough, even if I were able to. No more than $100-$150 absolute maximum, if that.

Don't buy this then, battery life will not hold up for that usage. You need an Aero 15, Predator Triton 500, etc, with big batteries to use unplugged for 5+ hours. Not gonna get that with these small battery, big power needs laptops.
