2/1/20 = price has gone up a couple bucks to 27.99. Still a decent deal and still cheaper than the previous price of 29.99. A mod must have marked it as expired and I cannot undo it.
It's back on sale, and cheaper this timeat 25.99 (+tax for most), was previously on sale for 29.99 which makes a good deal even better! The 2 primary DLC packs alone cost more than this whole package.
You're buying a Steam code, Newegg will email it to you shortly after purchase.
It is ONE code for everything. If you already have Civ VI (I did), if you redeem the code it will just apply the DLC packs to your current install.

All Steam codes are universal and will work on whatever platform. I can confirm it works in Windows because I just bought one and redeemed it.

They just released the free game mode "red death" which is free dlc..... battle royale kind of thing

I think they're trying to support this one a little more, especially since they've ported it to nearly every platform. I'm pretty sure there was a leak stating there would be a 3rd expansion.
