Visible's customer service was shockingly poor. There was no way to contact them by phone or email. The only customer service available was by online chat. If they could not resolve your issue in one chat session, you had to contact them again and start completely over with a new representative.
Multiple times the chat representative told me my problem had been escalated and someone would contact me, but I was not contacted in any way, by phone or by email, other than to receive surveys about their customer service. You can guess my responses.
If you deal with Visible, plan on having technical and billing issues, and plan on not being able to resolve them with their customer service.

or, free with swap and 1 month at $20 or $25 required.
I can't get the MEID for my really really old phone (Android 2.2.2 Froyo!) to go through the checker.

But that says they are $61 msrp.
Is it unlocked? How well does android 9.0 run on 2 gigs ram and 16 storage. That seems like the biggest limitation. Maybe I got the wrong model?
I have one of my devices on Visible for the last month and a half and it's been fine.

Their website says that the first month's plan is charged when the phone ships.

Takes just a few minutes to sign up. Your first month of unlimited data, messages, and minutes will cost just $25, billed when your new phone ships. And with next-day shipping, you'll get your free phone right away.
As long as the device boots up, they will take it.
Visible (Verizon network) is very slow in my area an deprioritized during peak use hours making it almost unusable.
I also tried USMobile.com (using Verizon sim) and did side to side speed tests and while Visible was getting 0.3 Mbps download the other verizon line from USM was getting 8Mbps. Both of them had 1 to bars of service.
YMMV. I ended up with AT&T since my area has 20Mbps speeds even with 1-2 bar coverage from major carriers. Still better than T-mobile in my area.
1. my old but working flip phone IMEI was accepted using the swap URL, there is no doubt that it's not a android phone. Am I going to get charged full price of e6 after?
2. $20/1st mo and $40/2nd mo even if I don't activate the service?
3. Has anyone tried to block the payment so the end result is a $20 phone that is unlocked by turning in an old phone?
