There were no signs at my store today. The only way for me to get the sale was to order online for store pickup. Adding the battery kit to my cart automatically added the circular saw.

Update: the sale worked fine once I tried it in-store. I returned the circular saw (that I already had) and got the 1/2" impact I wanted. Thanks OP!

I went to 2 Lowes today - neither had signs; actually, couldn't find the battery bundle either even though it could be ordered on line (with the circular saw).

good info on kobalt with more power tools. that was their downfall and pushed me to ryobi. my first set was a 24v brushles 6 piece and then they never had the other tools i needed 3 years ago. may get back into kobalt

Correct. The amount has decreased over time since Craftsman was introduced, although that doesn't necessarily mean Kobalt hand tools will disappear from the store.

I've seen this in two local Lowes stores in the last week (So-Cal) but have not gone today. Both stores posted these early on end caps. Weird you guys are reporting you aren't seeing this.
