    These pillows are terrible. Customer service is terrible.

    Pillows go flat after 2 or less months. Not that great

    looks like a good deal to me.. thanks OP. I bought a tempurpedic pillow on a similar deal from amazon a while ago. Best decision of my sleep life. Was a lifesaver for a big dude like me who was waking up with a lot of neck pain till then.

    The one that i bought had a cooling gel so i never feel warm. I'm wondering if the regular tempurpedic pillow feels too warm.

    My experience with Tempurpedic is opposite yours. I bought one of those "cloud" pillows and it turned out to be just a bunch of scrap foam pellets stuffed in a sack. The pillow was so tall and firm that it gave me neck pain. I imagined a fluffy pillow that I could sink into. What I ended up getting was a sack of cotton balls that pressed up against my face unevenly (I could actually feel each individual pellet). I tried contacting their customer service and never got a response.

    That's what I bought. It's lofty alright. Totally not soft and I can't imagine it being good for anyone's spinal health. lol

    Mine doesn't have cool gel and its fine. I use it all winter and summer. Really helps me sleep!
