A little shocked this deal is starting out with negative votes... based on the past time this ran it was a Front Page deal and sold out... new-ish to Slick Deals, wondering why this one isn't getting the love? Comments welcomed!
This is a great deal. If someone was to build their own, figure $300+ for the I7 CPU and another $600+ for the RTX GPU and you are already at $900 before you add the rest of the components and Windows license. I personally like the Omen line for gaming. Lots of ports and plenty of power.
Negative vote maybe because the Ebay seller is not outofthisworld..... LOL
LOL. These guys are new to eBay but for what its worth i have ordered from them in the past and they shipped fast with great service. They have great deals from time to time which i like to follow. This one is backed by a 1 year HP warranty - You can see in the thread from the last time this deal was ran that people were pretty happy with the seller - Click here

It's the returns policy: "Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost." If it was Amazon, which now handles 3rd party seller returns, it might be different. Also, why does the seller have their refurbs of this model(?) on Amazon but the new on Ebay? https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc...g_desktop/
I went for 1, I agree the wording of in the return policy is a little bothersome, but I financed through paypal versus direct withdraw and I got the squaretrade warranty. If anything is weird
with it I've had good experience with PayPal working through issues.
It's the same model number but has half the RAM and no SSD, and is refurbished. Some people try to focus on new machines only on eBay - I'm still getting used to this, as I usually think of it as a place to find collectibles or secondhand items.
I'm a little curious but assume this represents some kind of marketing strategy.

I'm a little surprised SD mods actually allow this deal as it violates the posting policy. Seller has only 370 feedback. Besides, the only thing interesting about this machine is the video card. Older cpu, skimpy ssd, ... meh!
Got it today in the mail. Thanks for posting! After removing the top plate that was blocking airflow, adjusting the fan curve and OC'ing the 2080 in afterburner, this thing is a complete beast for the price. I actually like the case and design but will have to replace the ugly cpu cooler at some point with an AIO. Probably will also add another 8 gig ram stick to get dual channel though it's not affecting my gaming performance. Does 4k 60-80 fps gaming on all new titles if you don't care for everything to be boosted to ultra. I'm coming from an rx480 and this is bliss.
For everyone commenting about the seller, warranty, etc, can confirm I got an unused piece, looks brand new. Warranty is through HP.
