Huh. I see it. $1449 at Costco. You're right that's a pretty good deal for B&M Costco.
Too bad they're wanting $2449 for the 65" 🙄

I know that's a ridiculous price the 65"

Greentoe just sends your bid to the authorized dealers. The TV will be sold and shipped by the authorized dealer that accepts it. You'll receive an invoice from the dealer and register the LG warranty with them as the place of purchase instead of Greentoe.
Most "burn-in" is actually image retention, which goes away after a few minutes.
You'll almost certainly see image retention long before it becomes permanent burn-in.
Generally speaking, burn-in is something to be aware of, but not worry about
Personally I've got north of 6000 hours as a PC display on mine and it's fine.
The LG website has a lot of nonsense on it.... including them not even understanding GT doesn't sell anything- they're a middle man.
Also the text of the actual warranty doesn't care if the dealer is authorized or not despite the nonsense on the website.
It's not exactly "strait price" but its a heck of a deal
Same here, on the west coast. Heard east coast can get 1799.
