The last one that was, is referenced in the OP, and if you click on any of the links you will see its only the Shaver at this price. There is also a comment in that FP thread mentioning that the cleaning system is $50 more.
Also, checking on CCC shows that the lowest price for Shaver + Cleaning system is $119.xx

Amazon has the same $99 price without all the local taxation of Best Buy. Regular price seems to have settled into about $119 so $99 is no screaming deal anymore. Especially when the sale stays at $99 for more than a week with multiple vendors. I think it will eventually be a $99 shaver that is "on sale" all the time. Putting it on and taking it off the $99 price stimulates more sales for awhile until they dump it down to $99 all the time.
For me the head is so big on the Arc5 it is like shaving with your fist. At some point more blades becomes an impractical hinderance.
