The PS4 version has been this price for 2-3 days and still available. This is Microsoft price matching the same deal.
Deal is also available for the deluxe version for a few dollars more (basically a costumes pack, for those interested).
I just purchased earlier this week for Pro and 60fps and HDR and lighting effects are amazing.
I never played originals, and I am impressed. The game design feels very 80s/90s. Limited /wonky inventory, building layouts that are laid out specifically to block areas until you solve puzzles and progress in game and really every police station back then had secret tunnels and puzzle locks.

Also, it isn't as scary as I thought it would be.
Isn't that weird that a game made in like 98 feels like a game made in the 90's?
Depends on the person, but I dont think the deluxe is worth $3.30 more than the regular edition. All it is is a few skins, the soundtrack, and an extra gun that isn't even very good. If you're a huge fan of the series, it's probably worth it. But if you're a huge fan, you probably already own it.

I can see Resident Evil 7 being put on game pass before 2 is, but if you've read rumors differently, that's cool to know.

Granted this article is from closer to release a year ago, but PS4 Pro and X owners benefit.
