    With coupon, this price $17.99 is lower than the all time low of $18.49.

    Also this coupon gives discount _AND_ free shipping for non-prime members as well.

    Keep in mind that price histories don't include coupons or other discounts. I'm not saying it's a bad price but it is not a fair to make a comparison between the current after-coupon price and previous prices that don't include coupons that may have also been available at that time.

    Yeah, I wish there were historical tracking data for after coupon price. That's what we need to decide whether to take the current deal.

    I don't believe Amazon has a price guarantee policy. You will have to buy a new one and return the previous order.
