This a better buy than the ADATA 1TB i ordered for $126 just a few days ago? On paper it seems that ADATA is much faster and has higher IP rating but appreciate someone more knowledgeable chiming in

Thank you. That is super fast. 2x faster than my 500gb sandisk that I am using as an external on my '18 Mac mini.

Edit: Wondering if I can get the advertised speeds. The mini has USB 3.1 Gen 2 (up to 10 Gbps) ports. Anyone care to speculate? Maybe I'll ask in the other thread.

Edit 2: Apparently, 'USB 3.2 gen 2' is the 'Technical term' for 'USB 3.1 gen 2', so they are actually the same thing. https://www.tomshardware.com/news...38699.html

Been eyeing this exact ssd. Need it for upcoming travel footage. Costco had it at the best price point before also. I think they grey/silver color is exclusive to costco. Cant seem to find it anywhere else.

You can really carry it in the rear of the backpack like in the pic?! Really shock, rust, water resistant?!

How long do those last how many years? Kind of tired of burning movies to discs, maybe I will get something like this to store movies.
