Maybe we want all the keys on one screen and won't have time to hit Next and Back?
Hotkey functions or macros, basically. Don't have to use keyboard shortcuts.
They are small screens. Or one big screen split into a grid. I have some buttons that are just pictures of my wife and dogs Smilie

Awesome piece of hardware! Great for using as a sim racing (or flight sim) button box.

Not sure why someone would need (or want) the 32 key stream deck when the 12 key stream deck can be had for under $100 during sales.

You can "next" the keys via "pages" in the 12 key stream deck. So while you may not have 32 keys at your fingertips, they are accessible via paging buttons in the 12 key stream deck.

I just bought the normal one. It's pretty cool little device. The software for it is really impressive. Even if you don't stream it's nice just to have some of its features. I use it more than my start menu on Windows to launch programs

So just out of curiosity, and apologies for being dumb, but...what does this do?

I just picked up the standard version for $120 because that fit my budget a little better, but I would totally love this size. It's cheaper than buying 2 30-key decks.

I wanted something to help with quick scene changes, input changes, etc. I'm a family friendly streamer that often includes my incoming party chat. I like having the option to quickly mute that audio source without having to tab to Streamlabs or OBS Studio

I've tried using the slobs remote, touch portal, and even considered buying a numpad and using HIDMacro.

It just always felt that if I didn't charge my tablet or phone I'd have to plug them in and give up the other functionality I like using such as DIM for Destiny 2 inventory management.
