GoCoax [gocoax.com] has their MoCA 2.5 adapter WF-803M back in stock for $59.99. Shipping is free. Easily bridge your ethernet connection through your home's existing coaxial cables. Theoretical speeds up to 2.5 Gbps. Backwards compatible with previous MoCA version adapters.
If you have services other than FiOS, you'll want to get a PoE filter as well. They sell these, but they're much cheaper on Amazon.

I'm getting a gig down and about 22/23 up.
MoCA works on a different frequency on the same wire as your dtv/cabletv/dish etc.
You'll notice on the product page, it has 2 ports. One pops out for your normal xfinity gear, one to connect to at least one other MoCA device via the main run cable to whatever room you're in

I bought one of these to replace my Verizon router after it died so I wouldn't have to buy more equipment from Verizon. I had the Verizon router connected behind my router which was connected to the FIOS box in the basement). After the Verizon router died, my DVR wasn't able to download guide or PPV data.
With the MoCA adapter in place to bridge the two networks, my DVR was again able to download guide and PPV data.

Thanks for the input.
Ooc, do you know what frequencies are on your splitter? I've heard that for full advantage of 2.5 you need to pass 2600MHz. All my splitters except for one are 1000MHz ish. Just wondering if I'll still be getting gig speed or so.
