    This is perfect if you want to camp with a CPAP machine or as a back-up if the power goes out - 6 hours of sleep is better than none at all.

    I believe the person is referring to the fact that generators have a history of not producing pure sine wave electricity
    However this is an inverter based generator so it should be fine for PC's and what not. If you run it through a ups it doesn't matter much anyway

    I have one of these. It runs great. Had to adjust the low speed idle screw but other than that it's a great machine. Love it and it's cheap

    Lots of reports of these smoking like chimneys. I'd like to get something like this and the price seems right, but some of the reviews are concerning.

    I use this for my desktop pc through my UPS during power outages. Regular generators don't work with UPS, you need the Inverter. Works great, easy to start, relatively quiet, and sips gas.

    Great little unit had mine for 2 years or so and it works everytime. Just change the oil with synthetic once a year run non ethanol gas and never had problems.

    Most any small engine is going to have trouble with ethanol eating up the carb./fuel lines/et cetera. This is a really good deal, but I like to use propane or natural gas for that reason. If you have plans to use it a great deal I suggest waiting for a dual-fuel. For emergency use only it will last a long time even with ethanol in the fuel (just don't keep it fueled up).
