I was running in other shoes without knowing what my pronation status was and used the zoom fly and ultra boosts to run. Yes they are more squishy and bouncy. However, every time I ran over 5km, I started to feel pain in my knee. So I went to the local running store to get a fitted shoe, and I tried the Asics gt2000 , Saucony Guide ISO and this shoe. Of the stability shoes(shoes that help correct overpronation) above, this shoe felt the most cushioned. Yes it is on the heavier side (gt 2000 303gram, guide Iso 292gram, gts19 312gram), however, for 10ks I think the weight difference shouldn't matter as much.
I don't know what the above people had for their stability shoes, but this is on the more cushioned side for a STABILITY shoe. I have worn zoom fly, ultra boosts, bostons, and super glides. The above shoes are NEUTRAL shoes and except the zoom flys, the adidas shoes are more cushioned.
I am on my 3rd GTS 19s and have payed full price for them as I like them so much. Know that these are stability shoes, and you will appreciate what Brooks has done. After all, GTS stands for Go To Shoe.
And for people comparing this to the Ghosts, this is the same shoe with the same midsole. Adrenalines have the guiderails which help stabilize the overpronators and adds a little bit of weight. If you felt that the adrenalines are not cushioned, then you won't feel a difference with the Ghosts.
Ghost is a neutral shoe this is for overpronators. You really need to have your stride analyzed if you don't know what you are. Buying the wrong shoe can lead to injury if you plan on running in them.

Pretty sure they are completely different styles of shoes. I know when I was fit for shoes the adrenaline was recommended for me. My wife uses the ghost and I know we have "different" kinds of feet.

I have a couple of local specialty running stores that do it:
Fleet Feet
RunnersRX
Something similar in your local area should do it, not a big box store though.
