Incredible deal if you like Digital games (we don't). Our family LOVES the series. You have to pay attention to the storyline, which can be frustrating for younger kids. We're now playing through KH3's DLC.Smilie

Personal opinion of someone that is a big fan of Kingdom Hearts: 1 and 2 are the best games, and the rest fall anywhere between "it's fine" and "it's meh or even bad." KH1 and KH2 are easily worth $30 on their own, and hopefully you like some of the other titles. Kingdom Hearts is a series that builds upon its story with each entry, so skipping any will confuse you in terms of story. Here's the typical order that you'll play the games in:

KH1
Chain of Memories
KH2
358/2 Days (it's a movie in this package)
Birth by Sleep
Re:Coded (it's a movie here, and is easily the most skippable title in the series)
Dream Drop Distance
Birth By Sleep 0.2: A fragmentary passage
KHX: Back Cover (a movie, only watch if you're invested in the story)

I don't think it's been confirmed, but since the ps4 and ps5 will be on the same architecture, Sony would be shooting themselves in the foot if they didn't make ps4 games backwards compatible.
