It depends on the item. This is a large item so stores might only ever stock 1 or 2, so Brickseek will always say limited stock if it's in stock. Two of my local stores that said "limited stock" had two of them on the floor.

Most of the bad reviews you will find on Amazon etc are for a similar model with a generic/Chinese engine. This has a Kohler RH265. Pumps are also different. Only similarity is the frame and accessories.
