Out of stock of course but there are locations showing $49 and $64. Couple of locations @ 199 with possible stock. Nice find. My clearance pressure washer from a few years ago still works the couple times I've used it. Spent more on accessories than I did buying it lol

It depends on the item. This is a large item so stores might only ever stock 1 or 2, so Brickseek will always say limited stock if it's in stock. Two of my local stores that said "limited stock" had two of them on the floor.

saw at one store on BS showing for $100 (72% off), Adrian MI, but out of stock. Most all other places in two completely different zips show 'limited stock' at the 199 price.
