I submitted the rebate with all 5 numbers at the same time (by clicking + and added numbers). I received only one confirmation email, but later on tried tracking each line using the mobile number and all of them showed up. Interestingly, the tracking numbers were all sequential - but the email I got had only the first tracking number.

So, submitting the rebate one at a time or adding them all together yields the same result
Please keep us posted on any status update with the rebate : )

Is sprint only volte on certain phones at the moment? Inquiring about Samsung s7 edge. It appears to not have
Yes. If the device supports it, most likely VoLTE will work. Unless, they only allow certain devices for VoLTE. For example, Moto E6 on VZW postpaid didn't have VoLTE support even though it had VoLTE on Visible.

So I'm currently on T-mobile and Sprint with the BYOD one year plan. I guessing I could always sign up for this plan with wife's name and Social.

or I could try to sign up for visible to with my 5 lines? I currently have five grandfather lines at T-Mobile for like over 12 years. with taxes for everything I pay about $130 a month but I don't get Hotspot because they blocked at on my grandfathered data plan. I also have two digit lines and two mobile internet lines.
better to use your wife's name for a new account. do you have xfinity? you can get 5 lines on xfinity mobile 1 gb shared data for $12. turn off data so you don't use any. all you pay is taxes and fees per line for 5 lines and $12 for the 1 gb. then port out all 5 numbers to sprint.

btw, just got my 4th $100 virtual card for byod from visible today, good deal. number ready to port..

You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
This website 9https://www4.sprint.com/legal/unlocking_policy.html) says "For SIM unlock-capable devices launched after February 2015, Sprint will automatically unlock the device when it becomes eligible."

When a customer calls Sprint, can the customer request for BOTH a domestic and international SIM unlock? Their FAQs page shows 50 days required for domestic and 90 days for international.

So, call after 90 days to get both domestic and international unlock done?

After I put my Visible Moto E6 on Sprint this past Saturday, I went into the Mobile Network setting and turned on VoLTE. It's working.

This is all assuming Sprint will relock an unlocked phone, which I do not think happens very often. But I have always waited 60 days and requested full international unlock. So maybe they have lowered it to 50 days. I am not seeing anything about having to wait 90 days to unlock. 90 days is how long you need to keep the line open to get the $300.

"Sprint will automatically unlock the device when it becomes eligible" don't rely on that verbiage, but yeah definitely you can call them after 90 days for D and I unlock, as long as the device has no flags, meaning all paid for and no other commitments.
