Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Give your number 1 day to mature, and then call or chat with xfinity for your pin.
Thanks, will try that out!

I ported my unlocked Visible Moto E6 to Sprint on Sat evening. As of now (Wed evening), it still accepts and works with a Tracfone/Verizon SIM.
How do you like the service compared to visible? I may port my iPhone 11 from visible? What's the monthly payment?

Those who went from prepaid back to postpaid. Is the extras worth it like spam call blocking and so forth?

So if I understand clearly

Cost
- Need a Phone which can be brought in
- 35$ plan for 3 months = 105$ by end of 3 months
- Number to Port in = 5/10$ on ebay or Google Voice

Net Profit - 300$ - 105$ = 185$

It says "credit approval req".
It does not say "Credit check req"..

The reason i say that is because when i did "no credit chck" account setup, it had said that i got "credit approved for 5lines" so i think we are good if i read word to word like you want... did u not get that after account setup?
How do we know what link to use for it to check credit. SD link and cash back TCB link both have a No Credit Check Require automatically applied.

I actually use Tracfone for my cell phone service. I'm only doing theses deals for the perks (free phones from Visible by trading in old phones; $300 GC and $80 cash back from tcb with the Sprint port-in). I don't really pay attention to how good their services are.

The cost of Sprint Kick Start plan is $40/month ($35/month with Auto Pay + taxes/fees, comes to $40.87/month for me). I'll only be in it for the required 3-4 months to get the $300 GC.

Sprint Newbie Question...
Just received the Pixel 3xl I bought from sprint.com along with the porting request from tmobile …There is no SIM looks like we have to use eSIM
The packing slip says to call CS to activate but sprint cs is a nightmare...
The packing slip came with an MDN of the tmobile that I wanted to port but the number porting is not completed.

What is the easiest way to do this online?
Did you get a SIM along with the phone, applied the phone but no option to buy sim card and what do you mean by eSIM. Also, i did not proceed but after going through the purchase of the phone, is there an option to add more lines? Not fully ready as i am waiting for the additional sims to arrive but gathering info so im be prepared and not stuck in the process, doing 5 phones here lol

So anyone knows for sure that this will only work with porting from postpaid accounts and won't work when porting from prepaid accounts like Mint?

My e6 from the Visible deal passed the IMEI, but it is common knowledge it won't work on Sprint.
E6 is both CDMA and GSM. it will work on sprint

Well, that is what I want to know as well. Can I call Xfimity tomorrow and ask for port out pin for new line?
You don't need to call or chat with Xfinity, you can generate the pin by login into online account. Xfinity port out pins are valid for 5 days, so ensure porting is initiated and closed within 5 days.

Yeah that I think is doable. But if I want to be safe and open a #2 credit check account besides my free byod, dunno if that's possible.

Porting works. My question is if we get qualified for $300 promo when porting from prepaid carrier as Sprint customer care has no clue and I remember seeing that in conditions somewhere here
