Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Right, but it doesn't answer the question. Will Tello number possible to transfer and will it qualify?

how many lines did you port when you signed up? did you use TCB? if yes, what was the rebate amount that tracked?

The screenshots below show where I enter the acct# and PIN to port-in during the checkout process.
I had the same observation as the other poster as I noted a day or so ago. I think this may be due to Credit Check vs Non Credit Check acct. The other poster and I did No Credit Check option, whereas you did Credit Check option. That possibly explains the difference.

on my 1st try, 2nd acct, i got the email within 5 mins.

also, the account information for porting is on the last few pages. even though it asks for ssn, I left the default ssn, 999-99-9999, it accepted it.
You did credit check option or No credit check option?

For my yesterday nights order, it did not work again ..no tcb transaction tracking till now Frown

I chatted with the cust ser rep and got my acct num. she gave me the num since i gave her the order num and the pin num. Once i had the acct num, i used that to register online and submitted all the port info right there....as soon as u login it will show u the page that action for port-in is required. each number is listed separately that u included in the order

make sure you get your order number, pin, email and name ready.

chat and tell them you don't have any active sprint numbers, then ask for your account number, use that to create an online sprint account, then you will be able to check your transfer status and enter missing information if needed.

once you log in to your sprint account, go to "my account" then "orders and transfers", there will be a form for each number that you can fill in port-out account number and pin, those are the only two you need, leave other fields such address, zip code, ssn or birth date as is, you don't need to worry about those.
thanks, this helped. I was able to create the online account.
However, I don't see any place online to enter the account number and pin for my old provider. All that I see on the page is, "Please call (888) 211-4727 and when prompted to enter your 10 digit telephone number, enter the number that is moving to Sprint." When I call that number, it just directs me back to the web page.

I emailed tcb and they posted my $400 tracking to my account. No credit check. So do contact them if you are missing cashback tracking!
