Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Is that the date the offer expires, or the date the rates go back up?

I ported 2 lines last week postpaid. I'm trying to add another line this week, but I'm getting stuck at the payment screen where it is saying my payment is declined, but I've checked my CC and it's not being declined.

Has anyone figured out a way around this?
Wondering if u can be my referral, since u opened sprint acct already. So we both got $50. Let me know if u interested.

Hmm; I wonder if the same applies to Unlimited Plus when BYOD.

Too many pages to read...I tried!!! Why are people ordering the SIMs from Amazon/BB or separately? Is there a reason not to get the SIM when ordering the deal and entering the IMEI? Also, I have 3 different iPhones (all use nano), will they all use the same SIM version (will Sprint send me the right one is the real question)? Thanks!!!
I bought the SIM ahead of time, so I can port-in and active the number during the process to open the account. See post #1714 about buying the correct SIM for your phone.

Currently have 5 lines on KS for $35 per line, can I switch to Unlimited Basic for $100 for 5 lines and how to do it? I did ask in Sprint chat but was told cannot since my account already created (very recently 3/21/20). Any known way to get to agent that has ability / authority to make it happen?

Could be they have Amazon gift card credit or whatever to offset the $2.99 cost. There is really no benefit to buying on Amazon vs buying directly through Sprint.

Sprint will send you a 4-1 sim in which you will pick the correct one for your particular iPhone.
More info on Sprint SIM compatibility here: https://www.sprint.com/content/da...s-sims.pdf

I will be using my unlocked iPhone 7 Plus with an older SIMGLW436C SIM which I picked up from the Apple Store for free, which is the equivalent to the SIMOLW506C. (More info on SIM compatibility here: https://s4gru.com/forums/topic/78...ity-chart/)

thanks, repped! Does either of these offers replace referral rewards?

I'm not in a credit union so I'd go for the AA miles. I wonder if my wife and I both did this individually if we could both put miles in the same AA account.
ah, forgot that my SSN is already in use with Sprint for the free year I'm still currently on. So what I plan to do is refer my wife from my current Sprint account and she will do the credit check for the AA miles. I think the referral will not work because from what I read you cant have both referral and AA miles. So on second thought, maybe I wont bother to do the referral for line 1.

Then she will refer me but I wont do the credit check. Then I'll refer line 3, 4, and 5 which will be my mom and my two kids. I'll do it slowly, giving each line time to get set up and activated before referring the next line. And of course will click through TCB before each activation.

Can anyone confirm my logic, or lack of? Please

Read through all 42 pages and I finally pulled the plug! Information is good but it paralyzed me for a couple days because I didn't know whether I should do 5 lines on 1 account on the Unlimited Plus Plan or 5 individual accounts on Kickstarter Plan. In the end, I went with Kickstarter to maximize my returns

Just ported over from Mint Mobile (I had the Mint Mobile Superbowl 3-month free plan, however service was horrible in my area, but wifi calling was awesome) to Sprint and it was done in less than 10 minutes. After inserting the SIM, my phone restarted several times and finally am able to see the Sprint carrier info and am able to make outgoing phone calls. Did not have to call or contact chat to resolve any issues. I provided the Mint account number and PIN at checkout and it went seamlessly. I went to Sprint website to check the status of my port: https://www.sprint.com/en/my-spri...check.html. (If it says "Eligible" then your number has not ported over yet). All in all a smooth porting process!!

Now to wait for the $300 BYOD gift, $50 referral, and $80 T0pCashBack.

Did not do AA 20,000 miles or LoveMyCreditUnion offer because I got the $35 Kickstarter plan and did not want to bother with a hard pull for on my credit. (I prefer to save those for credit card SUBs Smilie )

So the max cashback for a 5 lines is the Plus plan with 5x $300 + 1x $80 TCB + 1 choice of AA/CreditUnion/Referral?

Or do 5 separate KS lines + 5x TCB + 5x Referral with a lot more work for extra $300ish?

Question on this SIM chart... the device is there, but it has N/A for SIM, does that mean it is not compatible with BYOD or that they don't know the right SIM?

It's not worth it to get 1 Plus line for your wife just for AA miles because of the much higher monthly fees for 4 months.

When did you sign up for KS 35?

I dont think you can switch from KS to Unlimited Basic.

Are you after something?

FYI, Unlimited Plus is also 100/mo for 5 lines.
