Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Regular account is hard pull -- they have a "no credit check" account type as well (this might be soft pull to verify identity but not sure)
Hi, I have a question, the terms for the $300 offer states Credit approval required:

"Details: Offer ends 4/9/20. Activ. Fee: Up to $30/line. Credit approval req. $300 Prepaid Card Offer:"

Is Credit approval different from a Credit Check?
I am not currently a Sprint customer and would be setting up a new account.

Any instruction on receiving the AA miles?

1) Use the referral link to join the program
2) Use TCB link to port in number
3) Go back to the program and provide the phone number
4) AA miles? Not sure how to get this.
4) ...profit?

What is the requirement to sign up for LMCU? Can anyone sign up?
you need to have an account with a CU and needs to be on at least Unlimited Plus, which is $100 for 5 lines.

there is a discussion or disagreement about this on this forum a while ago, not sure no credit check will disqualify the $300 bonus, i did the no credit check with just my DOB and name address etc, i am sure they checked my credit without hard pull due to this is not a prepaid account even though no contract, i filed my $300 rebate and get a tracking#, but who knows they will pay out or not after 90 days? I guess if you want to be more sure, let them do the hard pull one.

hmm, there was also discussion that Credit Approval is not necessarily the credit check/hard pull.

on my no credit account, it says I'm approved for $400 spending, so that in itself means I was approved for credit.

If they run on Sprint network (Sprint MVNO) then it probably won't be a qualifying number port

Port the number to ATT/TMo/VZ based carrier or get a new number from those

you dont need 5 lines. I think it's $100 starting on the 3rd line up to 5. you should be able to switch. make sure you call and have them note on your account that you will still get the rebate. Then chat to make sure it's noted on your account and again make sure you'll get the rebate, then save transcript.
I tried changing but when I told them that there was $10 off for the plan, they were not sure if that will apply. What should I see for the plan cost for one line?

Just open a new account with the Unlimited Plus plan. it's a money maker anyway if you cancel after 3 or 4 months.

How does Credit union offer work if opening more than 1 Sprint account......any idea if I can use the same CU account more than once or can I use the checking account number for one and the savings account for the 2nd?

Just got my first bill...dont like the $2.50 Admin and $.99 Regulatory charges / per line. Does anyone know how to get away from their administrative and regulatory charges, I read it online that it was not required by law but has anyone been able to get them removed?

Good question, probably best to use different CU account, or maybe at least have a different name on the Sprint account.

depends...IIRC...

ting has both gsm and cdma

if gsm, then 99.99 % yes (as gsm is tmobile mvno [maybe att, not sure])

if cdma, then 99 % no (as cdma is sprint mvno)
