Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Does the $300 offer show up in your confirmation email??
i don't see that in the confirmation email after the account registration/transfer, but on my checkout confirmation page it says "You're all set! To register for your prepaid Mastercard, visit sprint.com/offers within 30 days of activation and enter promo code 300BYOD313"

so it's a separate registration. once u register. it says
"We have received your registration for Bring your own phone $300 Port-in Offer, 3/13/20-4/9/20. New customers bringing their own device & porting a number to Sprint can receive a $300 Prepaid MasterCard with eligible plan..

Your tracking number is: xxxxxxxx"

can you share of where it says it in the confirmation email if so?

When I completed my order for five lines, I received a message titled

"Order number - xx-xxxx-1234567890"

It listed my five lines, and confirmed all were Unlimited Plus. Only two showed the $300 rebate, but I'm not too worried about that.

Lines four and five have been activated; I'll let them talk to each other (voice call) to show activity on each line. Then phone #5 needs to be returned to VZW PP (normal line) service.

Your checkout confirmation page? I thought you did it over the phone.

Anyway, this was in my emailed order summery:

Switch To Sprint + Get $300
Get a $300 prepaid Mastercard when you bring your phone to Sprint or buy a new one outright.

Requires port and online registration; Prepaid Mastercard ships after 90 days.

You're all set! To register for your prepaid Mastercard, visit sprint.com/offers within 30 days of activation and enter promo code 300BYOD313.

Update- If any one moved from Free plan to this deal, check for the away days which is 45 days without Sprint service. If not, lot of chances for cancellation. Recently I moved to BB KS plan from free plan and applied $50 new user promo but today my status moved to Rejected with status- This sprint number is not eligible for this promotion.

See the attached screenshot. The promo is quite clear regarding this. This should have been in the Wiki. I have mentioned it several times already.
done. added to wiki.

sorry to be confusing, I did setup initially over the phone and did a 2nd line via the website. but I got the same message you have there...

i'm pretty sure it's just new accounts/lines (so not as long as you are a recent sprint customer).

The $300 GC offer is mentioned in my order confirmation email. See screenshot below. It's there for the two orders when I created new accounts and added a BYOD line to each account.

It's not there for the 3rd order where I added a new BYOD line to account #1. That's worrisome. I might cancel that line so I won't be paying 3-4 months of service but get no $300 GC.

What if the person opening the no credit check account doesn't have any public record. What happens?

You might be able to place the order if you do it online. If you call in (like I had to do), the rep won't be able to use your public record to generate the 4 "ID Verification" questions and will refuse to create an account for you, even if it's a no-credit check account. I went through that headache on Friday.

I was getting that and after not being able to figure any way around it for a few days I thought maybe paying my balance would work, so I paid off my balance and then the next day I tried adding more lines and it worked.

I think online it won't go through, since there will be no record of them. They are really people by the way, but they are visitors, with no SSN or any US ID.

need suggestion on which is the best to go

1) switch to imei of phone which i don t have .. this way i can get cashback site offer and then switch to boost locked iphone7(can anyone confirm if it can be done)
2)switch to boost locked iphone7(can anyone confirm if it can be done) directly. this way lose cashback offer as i need to call customer care
I'm not at all sure you can activate a boost locked phone on sprint without someone working some magic behind the scenes.

I would go with option 1, then sometime after activation try to do a device swap with the iphone 7 on sprint.com and if it doesnt work it might be safest to buy a cheap old sprint phone to use so you can show some activity on the line.

Is that because you went through a different ordering process for the 3rd line where you just added a line to the existing acct? Or maybe your strict interpretation of the T&C is correct. Also, it asks only for one purchase/order date. Honestly, not sure how to read this and what to make of it.

thanks for sharing.
my order over the phone sends me a confirmation order email that is formatted more like a bill. it does not include the $300 mastercard information but I did register it after the fact in case even though the guy on the phone offered it while processing.
but, my 2nd line that I signed up myself online does include it in the summary. and that is hours after I already did the first line... so it's backwards as compared to ur situation in that a 2nd line I added shows it while ur additional lines don't. I really think it's fine if you just register through their promo site, or at least I'm hoping so. I'll be calling sprint if there's issues. I've dealt with them before
