Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Did you click-to-expand, where it says ""Show More Features and Offers"?
It's there for both Unlimited Kickstart and Sprint Unlimited.
Without incognito mode I didn't see that. Just tried incognito mode and I can see that now.

Hi, Guys. I was.interested in buying a few more phones for this promotion. There are Sprint locked Motorola's phones on eBay in really good condition for $30. I would need to have a number before I came into Sprint. If I purchased an att prepaid number on eBay and since I don't need to put the att sim card into the phone. do you think I would qualify for the promotion? TIA
Someone is selling a bunch of sprint iphone SE Sprint for $48 each.

Search for auction number "223960069997" and "223960073934".

If you do this deal then after 50 days you can request Sprint to unlock them. Unlocked phones should have a higher value than $48!!!

I'm not of the Apple universe, but I understand from following SD that there are some unique issues related to iPhones originally sourced from Sprint such that they always trade at a discount in aftermarket, so beware. Maybe, it is the whole re-locking issue.

I have had good luck with Apple devices on Sprint. Two years ago i did their free 1 year byod and got three iphones(6,6,6 plus) unlocked and then sucessfully used them elsewhere after i left sprint last year.

That said only recently i got actjve in SD...so my SD crowdsourced knowledge is limited.

Do a 5 line UP account with AA or CU offer to maximize your rebates.

AA or LMCU terms state cannot be combined with other offers...........what's your thoughts, will they stack or will we get denied one of them?
In that case will the $300 or $200/AA get denied?

I believe someone from this thread did both with credit check option. I prefer no credit check myself, so I did couple kickstart instead.

One person, ported-in one line a few days ago. Have a few more lines to port. What is the suggestion?

- Add the line to the existing account; but this might invalidate the $300 since it explicitly says "New Customer"
- Create a new account under my name and address; this will be a different logjn but still not really a new customer... risky?

I don't really want to create account with other people names (even family).

Any ideas?

For same name + address, one can have one credit-check and one no-credit-check account.

Rut ro … I may have an issue.

Early in the game, I sent a message to Sprint, asking about the Walgreens offer. Never heard from them.

Until today, after opening my five lines, with the anticipation of the $300 rebate.

The message received says I'm enrolled in Walgreens Rewards, and will receive a $200 rebate card in 10-12 weeks.

Hmm … what should I do? $200 v. $1500 is a pretty big deal.
