Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

1. Go to ebay --> Query for AT&T Numbers Lots / prepaid numbers for port. Digital Delivery-portout Number
2. Select number01234 (607 ) seller.
3. Add to card and mention your zip code in seller message.
You will receive ac#, mobile# and PIN within 10 minutes. Use those details and port into Sprint. If you call, mention this is AT&T prepaid under your name. For online, post those details and it will be completed asap.
I just buy the prepaid ATT number on ebay ... then enter that info with Sprint, along with my phone's IMEI and Sprint SIM card # when I sign up for the promo...and that will satisfy all the port in requirements?
