Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Thanks YamahaRick and hodaddy!
Would love to roll the dice for $1500+ earnings on a 5 line dealio, but all I got is 2 phones at present so will content myself with 2 Kickstarters.

Does it matter if I was a previous Sprint customer who ported the same number away from Sprint 2 months ago?

Are you using the same phones or different phones for IMEI?
I have a total of 12 IMEIs, some of them I dont have the physical phones.

Once the number is ported, Sprint considers them 'activated'.

I will be swapping my 1yr FP phones to these. (Not included in the 12 IMEIs above)

Thanks! I tried a dozen of my old phones but none of them are compatible. So those FP phones are compatible with Sprint. I am looking to swap out my phones from previous free byod deal so I can jump into this deal.

What do you mean by not activated?

If the number was ported, in the eyes of Sprint, it is activated.

Thank you for the reply. Yes seen that and worried if I am not eligible for $300 as I have not activated within 10 days. Is it somewhere mentioned on sprint terms and conditions? Anyone have a link for that please

For those are you who ordered devices, did you wait until you received and activated them to submit the rebates or did you try to submit the rebates right after placing the order?

Have any of you been able to figure out if it's okay to swap devices without losing eligibility for the $300 debit card? I noticed that the terms say you must keep the "phone" active for 90 days, but I am not sure if that means the physical phone must stay active or the phone service must stay active. Any ideas?

Did you order mobile from Sprint? If yes, Phone might be activated during shipping from Sprint. If it is from other vendor, without IMEI, you couldn't activate the port in.
