Have any of you been able to figure out if it's okay to swap devices without losing eligibility for the $300 debit card? I noticed that the terms say you must keep the "phone" active for 90 days, but I am not sure if that means the physical phone must stay active or the phone service must stay active. Any ideas?
Phone service and you can swap the mobiles as long as the phone line is active.

I have a total of 12 IMEIs, some of them I dont have the physical phones.

Once the number is ported, Sprint considers them 'activated'.

I will be swapping my 1yr FP phones to these. (Not included in the 12 IMEIs above)
Did you do any deals in past and got the rebates without even inserting the SIM on the device?

Did you order mobile from Sprint? If yes, Phone might be activated during shipping from Sprint. If it is from other vendor, without IMEI, you couldn't activate the port in.
I ordered from Sprint, but skipped entering porting information. Will call Sprint tomorrow and find out. Just seen terms and conditions but no where it said that it should be ported within 10 days.

For those are you who ordered devices, did you wait until you received and activated them to submit the rebates or did you try to submit the rebates right after placing the order?
I submitted the rebate after I received the phone and activated.

Mint 7-day trial SIM.
I tried this. Mint wouldn't give me my account number so that I could port out. Called 3 times and then the 7 day trial expired. So, I just used a GV number instead.

Ok got it. Try to fix this issue ASAP because you purchased the device without porting.

Sprint assgines a temporarily number to the phone. I believe there is 30 days to port in. Please report back what the Sprint say.

Sure, I will. Also, any idea if I have to use the new phone for 90 days or can I use the new sim in my old phone and still be eligible for $300 master card.

Thanks! I tried a dozen of my old phones but none of them are compatible. So those FP phones are compatible with Sprint. I am looking to swap out my phones from previous free byod deal so I can jump into this deal.
The CS who ordered for me said it will go with physical phone because it is BYOD. But may be he is just too lazy to swap the phone for me after long time order process.

For Sprint, the phone is attached to the number. Swapping the phone will forfeit the promo or not is a question to me.
