Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

- Register Sprint referral link for +$50
- Go to BF cashback website (no special link needed)
- Click Sprint link-out from BF for +$125
- When you land at Sprint, click magnifying glass top-right of screen and search for "Tribute Empire"
- You get three search results, click on middle one, which should be $49 one that is in-stock
- Then, just follow checkout process and select a plan that indicates "Switch To Sprint + Get $300" under "Show More Features and Offers"
- After you receive order confirmation email, file $300 rebate per instructions in that email
Important that you start from BF, because that is the source of $125 that makes the $49 phone "free".- Register Sprint referral link for $50

Sprint referral has always been $50. Be sure you use a link from a full-paid account not a Sprint Free BYOD account, since latter will not credit, per terms.

With credit-run, you may be able to stack some additional offers (see thread wiki)
Activation fees are also waived for no-credit-check accounts.
Many have confirmed that you get 5 x $80 when ordering 5 lines in single transaction. Presume same would hold true, if you order 5 x phone + line.

By 'previously activated phone numbers may not be eligible for this offer' are they referring to:
a.) numbers previously activated for this $300 promo offer.
b.) numbers previously activated on Sprint (for ex. on the Free BYOD offer)?
That said, it's possible they may have a more lenient standard, but no one will know for sure till 90-days from now.
When you have one credit-check account and one no-credit check account, each will have a different account number.
Only one account number can be tied to a given SSN, which implies one can only have single credit-check account.
No-credit-check is tied to name and DOB and checked against public records. I don't know if this leads to an implied restriction of one account.
