Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

If you buy a phone through Sprint, do you still need a number to port?
Yes, you do need to port in a number, whether you buy a phone from Sprint or BYOD.

Does the porting from T mobile to Sprint in March qualify the deal?

The BF deal is $80 for a BYOD line and $45 for buying a phone, totaling $125. If you're not buying a phone, it's $80 at either tcb or bf. The referral $50 bonus is independent of any cb site.
Ah got it, thanks. Well, the reason I was wondering about the referral bonus is because I wasn't sure how you could click through the CB site , and click through the referral link?

1. for referral, you register first
2. then click on cash back link
3. and register the number later when order complete.

curious why you didn't start with 5 lines on each instead of adding later on?
I had 8 lines to port out from T-Mobile from their last Costco Promo (S10 with Free Active2 watch Bogo offer) so I figured best way to maximize those 8 lines was 4 accounts with 2 lines each and get the referral (extra for referring myself after initial), BF, Sprint $300 each line and the Credit Union $200 per account.
This was prior to finding out that Credit Union $200 is questionable and that 5 lines are $100 + tax.
So now to maximize I need to add 3 lines to each of those accounts (if $300 still qualifies for those) or open 2-3 new no credit check accounts with 5 lines each as I do still have 17 phones and sim cards that I can use.

You use the referral link to pre-register your info, then come back later using the same link to finish the registration by entering your activated Sprint number. That's all done outside of any cb tracking.

Yes, provided that the number ported from Tmobile had not been with Sprint prior.

That's not in print anywhere. It's deduced from the fact that the order has to be placed by April 9th, and some people were told by a rep that they have 10 days to activate the SIM/phone.
You must activate it within 10 days to start your Sprint service. This info was in your order confirmation email.

It's in the wiki for this thread—one of the screenshots.

The promotion asks for the order date - not the activation date. Based on two recent orders this sounds correct - if they are shipping you the SIM you have ten days from order to activation - it says it plainly during the ordering process itself.

it needs to be Unlimited Plus (also $100 for 5 lines) for LMCU, I guess we will all find out after 90 days if it will stack with the $300 per line.

Not sure if adding 3 lines to existing ones will work. good luck.

Do you still think the credit union will work? It says to go to the store when you sign up.

Can I signup for two lines with two different phones and get $300 + $300 mastercard ?
I signed up for one line assuming I will get only one $300 card, but haven't activated it yet.
You can sign up for upto five lines and get $300 rebate for each.
