Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

No. I purchased two from eBay AT&T and all went fine.
I try porting in the Ebay At&t with purchase of a phone and at checkout my payment doesn't go through "purchase attempt has been declined"
The CC is good and I tried a diff CC too....same problem & Sprint are useless and want me to order over the phone.

Its Sprints fraud alert system, probably tied to your info now, changing CC won't work.

Yes. I was about to suggest the same. If possible try with new system which you never used for Sprint in past.

Tracking can be minutes to hours, sometimes a day. Rarely 2 days. But if more than that, then its likely not tracking.

Hi How long did you wait for the amount to show on your shopping trip? Did it show before you activate your number?

CB is always a gambit, although it works most of them time, I do not put a guarantee value on it when making a decision if I should jump on a deal or not.

When it doesn't track, you can put in a ticket and most of the time it will be corrected. The problem is that there is no recourse if it doesn't. You just won't get the CB, period!

Wait the 7 days and submit a ticket, nothing else you can do.

Try may be after 24hours from different system, as sprint might have triggered alert.

Not really, we don't know their secret sauce. And once its triggered, it may tie the rest of your info to it, so unless you change everything, its all on alert.

Why not call them? Unless you are doing something naughty laugh out loud

Would I be crazy to tell sprint I'm not happy with the condition and that I want to exchange for another? Not sure if I'd be putting the rebate at risk if I did this.

Called and used Chat to ask why this is happening and they were no help except to suggest placing the order through sales over the phone..........in which case I lose the $125 cashback, so don't want to do over the phone.
