Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Before I sign up, am I reading that there is zero hotspot data available on the $35 plan?

The rep just modified the porting request form that is sent to your old carrier. It has nothing to do with your order, so does your CB or rebate. Unless the rep creates a new order for your account. You will get your rebate if this is ported number and you register rebate on time, being a new customer.
Well when I go the transfer page it shows the wrong number canceled and the new correct number active so she did cancel it and created a new number.

As soon as I put in my address, social, birth date and submit, it throws an error "You have to call over the phone to complete the account setup".

I called them. They said that my old account (which I closed a few months) ago with sprint was causing this issue.

So they created a new account but I'm unable to register that online so that I can order new lines online. It locks me out after a couple of times. I validated that my pin/answer, zip and last 4 of social are good.

I'm trying to do this online so that I can get CB. Has anyone gone through this issue before? Any tips on how to get past this bump?

Bad advice. The Porting Dept will use the phone numbers that you entered on your order to prepare your porting process. When you call in to actually do the porting and you mistyped a number in your order, that's acceptable. But if all of the phone numbers you entered don't match with the actual numbers you're porting in, you'll have one pissed off rep on the phone.
Indeed. It needs to get porting CS to modify porting info, The porting dept are used to ppl having errors with their porting info, such wrong phone number, account number or pin, zip code, SSN. Having them correct the phone number just like having them correct account number. When there is a porting error that they don't understand, sometimes they just use "your number can't be ported" as an excuse and ask to get a new number from them, or port in another number, but the true is if the number passes their transfer checker, it can be port.

I received email about promotion submission for 300$ only for one line. I luckily took a screen shot when I submitted for all 5 lines together. Anyone in same boat?

I'm doing No credit check required for 5 lines.
I see $300 promo as well as activation waive.

is this good? and works with BF cb?
Unlimited Plus is same as unlimited basic and may qualify for LMCU.

Just add to cart and you will see it's $100

I submitted all five lines at once, and received five separate email messages.

I did but none. I checked tracking and they all track though since all of them are in series.

Does anyone know if a store purchased Visa/MC gift card would be accepted for payment on sprint.com?
Just thinking maybe that would help with my possible fraud alert or if I set up a No Credit check accout with my brother's address.

In addition, not all numbers and area codes can be ported. Making up numbers can bring up multiple problems from fraud alerts to aborted ports to outright promotion denials.
When you enter phone numbers during checkout, the system will tell whether it can be ported or not. No, changing phone number on porting request is same as modifying an incorrect account number. Btw, when ordering multiple lines, you don't fill in porting request info until you get your sim/newly purchased phone. So you can change your porting info before porting dept submit the request to your old carrier. They can cancel a porting request even it is submitted to old carrier or wait for old carrier to reject it to either modify it or submit a new one...(it is a fraud only if you try to steal someone's phone number, but carrier will reject the request if phone number, account number, pin, zip code or SSN are not matched) It just like ppl enter 999-99-9999 as SSN for porting info when you don't have it on file with old carrier, you don't have your ported number when placing order). though porting info only asks for last 4 of SSN usually. I don't think sprint cares that your port in number is not identical to what on your order as long you make payment on time for 3-4 months

Check your junk folders, I had a hard time registering for one account. They had sent me a link to finish registration and the Sprint provided pin did not work.
