Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

My experience for what's worth.
I first did a dry run and everything was fine, got the no credit check version.
When I went to do the actual purchases, it asked me for SS# and credit check. Gah!
So...
I'm new to BF so I signed up on their site.
I used the current version of Firefox. I went into preferences and cleared all caches, cookies, etc. I went in to history and cleared all history. Then I quite/restarted Firefox. Btw I do not use a VPN. Couldn't hurt to restart your computer.
Clicked through BF and used the magnifying glass in upper right of Sprint's site and did a search for 'no credit check'. IIRC that took me to a page with two horizontal buttons to either BYOD or buy a device. Go through there and if you wish to purchase devices just do another search for the device you want.
Hope that helps and good luck.
Thanks, the problem comes once I enter all info at checkout, can't get to the 2nd step (assign numbers or something like that)

I'll try one last time using my cell phone's IP

I you use a VPN you will need to select a server in the same State as you, otherwise a flag will go off.

Tried with and without VPN, using different IPs from different providers, chrome, edge, Firefox, IE in both normal and private mode.

I don't know if you noticed when you did the no credit check, the defaults for SSN, was 999-99-9999. I left it as the default and it went through, so no credit check.

I'm not sure what happens if you put your real SSN in there when you selected no credit check.

If you did, check your credit reports to see if you got a hard pull.

It wants a Sprint phone number so I don't think it will work.
he's porting in and has already placed his order. so using that phone number should suffice, no?
basically, you can put in any random phone number and sprint will verify it at some point before paying out. either way, i don't see why he wouldn't be able to refer right away from that webpage.

If you use VPN, it won't let you checkout. I didn't have any errors, but it won't let me check out.

IIRC then I did the no credit check there was no need whatsoever to input a SS# ...either there wasn't even a form for it, or if there was it was just greyed out without being able to accept an entry. There certainly were no defaulted null space filler SS numbers. And I most certainly didn't input any numbers.
No credit check was just that: no SS# info at all, period.

I just guessing here. Sprint's website as we all know is crappy and their logic doesn't always make sense.

As I said earlier, they sold one of my phone's to two different orders and instead of fixing it (ship to one, assign another stock to other), it sat there with an error. Like there was no one to review things.

Who knows if the link works or not or if they'll honour it if they see it was done on April 6 but the number didn't port in until April 8th.

Does anyone have an extra imei that they're not going to activate?

Also, where are you all getting the numbers to transfer to sprint? What's the cheapest and easiest way? GV?

What about your router, do you have a router level VPN function?

Better you buy LG Tribute, it is as good a free.

And regarding Number, yes GV is best or eBay ATT

I got all 12 of mine from GV. I had the 1 yr free plan that I could change numbers up to 3 times to claim more GV numbers.

Except he can't mix BYOD and Phone purchase orders... so if he's doing multiple lines BYOD, this won't work.

Not sure what's the cheapest or easiest. Mine cost about $4 a pop and was easy.
I got my ATT phone numbers off of ebay from two different sellers, number01234 and empiremobi_77
The latter was slightly cheaper but slower, the former slightly more expensive but almost instant.
All numbers worked the same and were accepted by Sprint without issue.

Or search for:
a.) ATT Phone Numbers to Port, or b.) AT&T Numbers Lots Prepaid Numbers for Port

How many accounts one can have on one address ? I.e. can I have two accounts with 5 line each on one account?

I already have Cc account, may be planning to open non Cc account..but don't want to risk rebate
