Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Ported from Google Voice here. I did not call Sprint because I am not ready to port. But they manage to do it after 1 day of waiting without me even calling and providing them the pin.

If you want it immediate, yes call. Otherwise, it can take 1-2 days.

Are any of you going to try to somehow derive some benefit from any of the freebies included in the rate plan (specifically, Amazon Prime)? I already have Prime, so I am not sure how I coulkd use it, but just curious.

Added another 3 lines and Be Frugal tracked immediately. Did 2 lines first time around, Top Cash Back did not track at all need to submit dispute. Hope they're not too strict about usage (or lack thereof)!

I think only premium plan gives you amazon prime.

Does anyone have a direct link to the page on Sprint's website to order SIM kits for BYOD devices (without having to wade through Sprints relentless sales gauntlet BS)?
Looking for the #760492043656 SIM kit.
Thanks a bunch!

Is their overnight shipping on SIMS reliable?

if you porting a line, they will send a sim, just put in the IMEI number, one of the options is to buy a sim for $0

Sims are not always $0. It's $3 for some devices. It was $0 for my essential phone and sprint branded Motorola but $3 for verizon iPhones and Samsung

This deal requires A LOT of patience. Becoming a Sprint customer is a very painful process. I still have one line 10 days old that doesn't work, my third order is not going through, you have to spend hours (not minutes) combined between chat/phone, and I have a Executive Response representative helping me that she is less knowledgeable than me.
I'm just continuing because I'm halfway, but whatever profits come, they are not really free. It is taking much, much more time than just porting lines.

It seems this business is abandoned.

I had next day for the SIM package with no phone port - then an added one-day delay for the SIM associated with my second port. Keep the faith - they are about a day behind for some reason.
