Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I think you are talking about Sprint needing to verify you have access to the phones already on your sprint account, before logging you into your sprint.com account.
Port in within 10 days of order for 300 GC, so make sure to complete the port when the SIM arrives.
I just ported a Verizon number. But the sim will arrive in couple of days, I guess. Does the port in need to be completed before 04/09 for me to get $300 GC?
Appreciate the help.

question still remains. whats this new practice for porting? isnt it always been account number and pin?

Since this deal is in final hours, why mess around with eBay numbers that could be impacted by this? Go with Google Voice instead.
I'm loathe to wait on the phone (plus right now the phone number had a recording that their offices were closed)
Thanks!
