Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

really ..good to know....so those that signed up w/o 'fers can still do it....amazing...
I created acct #1 on 3/14 before the ref craze started so I didn't have/use one. A few days after that account was created, I asked someone for one and used it. It was confirmed on both ends.

Yes they put a label with the port in phone number on the box. They'll ask for the account number, pin, usual porting info...

The IMEI and SIM card info should already be in the system. That is how they screwed up mine. The shipper scans the barcodes on the box which has the IMEI and ICCID, it goes in to the account. But some how he scanned someone else's ICCID (from another box) with my phone's IMEI. Can't get any more incompetent than that! SMH.

So each phone is already attached to the number that is going to be ported?
What info do they ask for when calling in to port the numbers over?
Phone number to port in and account/pin I assume and then do they as for Sim card number and imei of each device?

"You cannot earn a referral reward for referring someone who is already a Sprint Corporation customer, or for referring yourself. Referral new account and new wireless smartphone line activation must be new to Sprint. Lines added to an existing account are not eligible.

If the person you have referred has already become a Sprint customer, they will not be able to claim that they were referred by you, and neither of you will receive a reward for the referral. You can only accept one referral; you cannot accept a referral from more than one person."

This is portion of the rules, but you know, bugs and glitches could happen. Play safely and register before order.

Update SIM card number for IMEI is easy on their end, the difficult part is finding out the problem

I ported 5 lines all online by self without calling support ( ATT number), if porting GV numbers, can it be done by self online without other's support, even though it may take longer? Thanks.
How you ported lines online?
