Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

If you got two warnings already and a promise to ban then you have to decide if its worth the risk to maybe earn the $50 especially when no one is using the link.
I hope they see it..
I am not sending any referral links so i should be safe .. I dont want to break any more rules for today or tomorrow to answer more questions for people here..
But if anyone wants to contact me personally for more help with sprint and deal then i may give my e-mailid if it does not break any rule..
Might be starting with 787 or something

Your passcode is the "activation code" that you received when you placed your order. In some places it will say PIN or security question
The form of these cards does not matter?

I don't think they are doing and address verification, though it sounds like they are because there are some getting the error to call.
My 2 U+ accounts, 1 mine, 1 SO, both use my PO Box street address.
I got motivated to try today after I saw HappyHarrier509's post of 30 using different addresses.
I used a friends address for my 3rd U+ with the LG Tribute Empire and it worked. Also got the $625 email from our favorite portal after 30 mins.
I used an Amex Biz to pay and it obviously didn't have my friend's address, but same zip code.
Good look to everyone still tying.
