Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

So the SIM itself doesn't expire? (E.g., buy now and use in 1 year?)
And what about porting out of H2O after porting in without funding? Does that work or do you just lose the number?
H2O is a one-way ticket for port-out, unless you pay for a plan.
SIM has no specified expiration date on it.

The depravity in this thread... Unbelievable.
this is why I cant understand why Sprint would extend this deal. When a deal is abused, it generally dies early.

The final value of merger is partially determined by total customer base that Sprint brings to the combined company, hence Sprint's recent strategies of customer acquisition at any cost. Payback from this strategy for top executives far exceeds whatever they are giving you! LMAO
Once companies financials are combined, and the true losses from this strategy become apparent, the losses will be socialized across the entire customer base through rate increases.

Thanks.
I don't know how long the physical sim itself expires but I think I have some sims that are close to a year old and still works. You'd use H2O if you have a dummy phone number to port out of S and just let it die.

Does anyone here have two BF cashback accounts with the same name, but different email address?
Is that a legit option in order to get the $10 sign up bonus for a new account? Or would the cb be declined?

*FYI Amazon $5 GC via Sprint Rewards is dead.

I had Sprint BYOD free account 7 months back. Trying to get this deal. When I access the Sprint Rewards Hub, put in my previous account number and my phone number it says "Mobile Number 47xxxxxxxx was not found" and does not allow me to proceed. I can buy a line from regular Sprint website. When I check the eligibility for the phone and IMEI, both get eligibility. What should I do? Buy from regular Sprint site?

Edit: Got it. Rewards hub is after activating the phones!

The selling management team (Sprint) is not looking for profitable customers, they are looking for as many customers as possible. Your behavior is exactly what they want, which is why they have pursued so many of these giveaway deals.

What do you think of these Bluebeat SIMs as a way to port out of Sprint when it's time to leave Sprint after getting the $300 GCs? I just used some Amazon free GCs that I got this morning to buy two GSM SIMs and one CDMA SIM from Bluebeat.

This deal requires porting in new telephone numbers never before on Sprint.
