Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.

You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.

Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I am not a Sprint customer and never used Sprint service before. If I choose BYOD, do I or will I create a Sprint account if I order the SIM card and choose the $35 plan today?

Been trying for like an hour or so and keep getting purchase has been declined message. Tried 3 cards, all showing pending charges on the cc phone app, one card is where I have extra balance inside, no notifications on credit card showing locked or anything, does anyone know what happened? Please help

Yes. Instead of buying, select the BYOD option and enter in your IMEI to make sure your phone will work.

They are aware of the $300 rebate that was the reason it was rejected.

If you do BYOD, you will need IMEI and SIMS to place the order and the offer expires April 9th
