No wonder. Yes only credit check account eligible for sprint perks
I doubt that is the reason. My account says I am approved for $500. I am approved for $500 so I have credit approval. I don't think Credit Approval = Credit Check.

The promo they are probably talked about is the discount I am already getting for Unlimited Plus, $100 now which is NOT the regular price.

It is no credit check account, I tried creating a credit check account and it did not go through. Tried no credit check as well, no luck. So thinking of adding extra lines to existing account as last option.
i don't know what is flagging your account. but last resort is adding a line plus cb site. i added a couple of lines as kickstart on my free byod. the way i take it is new line is eligible, not necessarily a new customer.

I guess so. Kudos to you for the time and effort you always provide. You are way too nice and helpful. Thing is, if you don't trust sprint enough to believe what they tell you, why would you choose them as your carrier? Anyhow, carry on...

Probably a dumb question...

But if you order online, you port number and wait for sim card...

If you order over the phone, they HAVE TO send you sim card first... So... do i need to go to Sprint now? I wont get sim card till tomorrow 4/10.
has been discussed multiple times, its the order date that matters! order now.

Order sim online if you can, for getting cb. Only order over phone if you can't place order online but you want the $300

So you still fell strongly that U+ & Credit Check accounts will qualify for both CU & Sprint $300 promo?
Concern is of course getting the CU $200 per account but then getting denied the byod $300 per line (5 line account = $1,500) ..... your opinion?
My 1 CU $200 for my 1 SPrint credit check U+ account is till showing Pending from 3/27...not denied as of yet

i think there is a good chance the two can stack. My CU application was denied because i have it on the kick starter plan, and it requires to be on the plus plan and up.

make sure you start fresh, not logged into anything. Incognito is best.
started new, incognito, entered all the phones/sims in one at a time, U+ for all, used friends address, and still no dice-does not appear to be an address block.

Just port it back to sprint if this number is not on sprint for >45days, do you know that the ebay att number just create the date you order it and will expire <30 days later right? Your line has longer history than the att. Lol. Ppl overthink the port out from and port back in sprint. The 45 days rule define you being new customer and port in from other carrier to sprint meets the porting requirement. Even this line is only port out from sprint for a few hours......
Re: the ebay ATT number why should it matter that it expires after 30 days? The number is now on Sprint and no longer has connection with ATT.

Re: "Lol. Ppl overthink the port out and port back in sprint'

Go to the wiki and look at the second image with the text circled in red:
"previously activated phone numbers may not be eligible for this offer"

People are being cautious because the wording is ambiguous. Neither, I, you, or anyone else on this thread can claim to have a crystal ball or be an authority and speak for Sprint regarding how they will determine eligibility. If Sprint rejects numbers that were previously activated on their service - for ex. 45 days, 60 days, or 90 days previous - that would be consistent with the wording on their offer terms. They could decline the $300 pro forma due to the customer having failed to comply with their terms. If Sprint decides to give customer benefit of the doubt because they want the business, and review account histories, observing someone has activated 10 lines which were on their service before, and their previous Sprint accounts were all Free BYOD and terminated when the free service ends, they could determine the customer is obviously not profitable to retain and decline the $300. Who knows how it will play out? There's nothing ironclad and others have reported past disappointment when Sprint failed to honor promos. One would have no recourse.
