Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Telesales are a mess. In my case also added sprint compkete when i had specifically said no, did not set up auto pay and ported before sending me sims.

Once i setup online account i added auto pay and removed sprint complete. But the first bill unfortunately does not reflect autopay discount even though it says it will autopay after 15 days.

When i had got the free 1 year with Sprint i had requested and got free magicbox which drastically improved service at home.

Anyone have experience with a messed up bill? I ordered one IPhone X and have 4 lines BYOD. I activated the X first and my current bill only shows $60 for the first line but the others are activated and my account has shown usage on the other 4 lines for 2 weeks now. Auto payment date is in 4 days so kind of worried it might double charge me / mess up the rebate...

All of them are showing up when I login under my same account so I don't believe so. I always ordered the 4 BYOD lines first and then logged in and bought the X the next day but activated the X as soon as it got here and waited 2 days on the sims.

I second this. Dealing with folks at Sprint is an excercise in patience. But the good part is they have improved the online stuff to the point one can just do things himself i.e remove extra add-on services, swap phones, etc.

I had similiar.

I did 4 lines first. Submitted rebate.

Then i did 1 more line after a week. Submitted seperately.

For both i used the different order dates. The only thing is the last page asks for primary number. For that i used the same main number for both submissions.

All show up fine.

so you were able to recently remove sprint complete online in your account? how come some people are are saying you can't. i don't have sprint complete and i don't want to add it just to see if i can remove it online or not....nod

Account #1: Online, no credit check. First bill is paid. 4 lines created first and submitted. 1 lines created after a week and submitted separately. All show.

Account #2: Telesales, credit check, bill has not been paid. All 5 lines show.

1. Which Purchase Date did you use when submitting the single last line? Its own Purchase Date, or the Purchase Date of the first 4 lines?
2. Do you mean on the screen below you put in the phone number of the 1st line in the account, and not the phone number of line 5 being submitted?

2. Not sure how to explain. First enter the rebate code, then the webpage asks to submit account number and cellphone numbers you have ported into sprint in the order. Then once you hit next it asks for your contact details. Here i put in my name, contact number(the number for 1st line), etc. The contact page i submitted the same info in both cases.

Hmm. That's just the exact opposite of my thinking. Could you double check that? Once an account has paid the first bill, the Delinquent error should go away.
