Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Invalid Activation Date = incorrect order date (according DP of @techdesai2)
Invalid Mobile Number = First Line Activated on Account, or First line to be submitted for rebate. in your case, "first mobile number eligible for offer" should be the line that has no Invalid Line Item

First bill is always prorated. Final bill never prorated. Both new and existing accounts qualify for the rebate.

Its payment isn't supposed to be auto-paid until 4/15/20, but I just made a payment a few minutes ago. I'll check tomorrow and the next few days to see if some of the errors go away. I expect at least the Delinquent one to disappear.
