Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

The TOS for my mom's line already says it expires on 6/30. I haven't spoken with Sprint.

Would like to WARN everyone who activated their phones after 4/9, I am 99.9% sure your status on rebateshq is INVALID due to activation showing up after 4/9 although your order may have been placed prior to 4/9.

I have no idea how to get this fixed/situated.
What of resubmitting with the line purchase date? I applied 4/11 and personally was leaning on just waiting a couple until things are clarified. I was worried that resubmitting could cause even greater headache.

So what are thoughts on going for CU money after submitting rebates? I did the CU thing bck in 2018 with another Sprint deal, so I wonder if I am ineligible to try again.

I don't know have the answer to your questions..but I marked my date to be 4/8 when I originally submitted them, I guess once you insert the account number, etc. rebateshq runs some sort of check that shows when the line is activated...for me I received my phones on 4/10 although order was placed on 4/8 and 4/9 ..

Got my phones today. Got them all activated with the ported numbers. Got my rebates submitted. A potential issue I see is my paper receipt shows order date of 4/10/2020. I definitely ordered at 11:48 PM 4/9/2020. My rebate submission went through using date of 4/9/2020. Hope this is not a problem down the road.
What date and time as shown on your email confirmation?

April 9 11:48 PM. The order summary even shows each line having the promo "Switch To Sprint + Get $300"

Yeah I wish I did that as well. I placed my order 4/8 too. I am not bothered though. I just think things will take a couple weeks to be clarified and hopefully Sprint intervenes or manually fixes things.

You are fine. I had the same thing happened last year where the Sprint system generated the invoice a day late. Just register the rebate with the purchase date of 4/9 and save the email.

I am in this situation. I ordered two lines on 4/9. Had to wait for a sim to come in t he mail so activated on the 10th. But the promo says you just have order by the 9th and I think you have a certain amt of days to activate.

I can only imagine how many people are going to have this problem.

I'd expect sprint to allow atleast a week for lines to be activated as in as it is ordered before the promo ended

Yeah , I am not going to resubmit because that will just create further complications. I think RebateHQ is getting a lot of complaints about this already. Maybe they'll fix it.

Thanks!
I was about to try but I guess I just stay till I get the GC and move on.

There is an "administrative charge" of $2.50 on my bill. Do you have any idea what is it? Is there any way to get it removed? TIA
Administrative charge is a valid charge and can't be removed. Please see below:

When does the clock start? Does the 10-day clock start on the day I make the order or does it start from the day I receive the SIM kit?
sorry, I dont know because I activated mine right away when I received the package. Did you try asking through chat? I would assume its from order date unless someone says different.

From the ship date. Technically, you have a full billing cycle, one calendar month, from the ship date before the Sprint system automatically cancel the line.
